4-18-2011 - Impeccable facility! I really love that there is fresh fruit, water, computers to use and a separate room for kids. The tour of the facility was a first; I appreciate the fact that you have hospital quality sterilization. My daughter was given an hour glass to time her brushing. She has used it every time she brushes and takes the timer VERY seriously. When we are in a hurry in the morning I want her to ignore the timer because we have to GO, but she is very serious about letting ALL the sand fall. Also, I would like to know where you got the fart sounding goo in the little plastic buckets (the prizes you give the kids at the end of the appointment. We got a big kick out of it! B.G.
5/10/11 - Thank you so much for my new smile!! Having had stains on my teeth all my life, it was surreal to see my new teeth. I was taken aback and did not know quite how to react. Smiling even with a swollen and numb lip is the best way and I didn't, I was too self conscious and I didn't need to be. The staff here are wonderful, caring and honest people! They made me feel incredible and I got scared. I want to thank you all again for everything! Especially for giving me the beautiful smile I feel all the time. Thank you. K.N.

2/8/2011 - I just wanted to thank you for your thoughtfulness during my broken crown episode. The fact that you would call me on a Saturday night, offer to meet me in you office on s Sunday if needed, arranging to meet me at your office early on Monday to do the temporary the day before your dad's funeral... No dentist does that. I just couldn't let the whole thing go without a note of thanks for your thoughtfulness. C.L.

1/3/11 - I had a problem verifying my new insurance plan. My insurance company was not helpful. Your staff went the extra mile and found my insurance info when my own insurance company couldn't find it. They also fit me in the schedule even though that made me late for my appointment. 12/13/10 - I think my last visit the best visit to the dentist I have had in as along as I can remember. Whenever I have gone to the dentist even though they numb my mouth I can usually feel some feeling in the teeth they are working on once they start drilling. 5/28/10 - That was the nicest veneer case-- amazing job and he is thrilled. He went to a nightclub and the attractive gal he was talking with- interrupted him and said he had the greatest smile!! Of course, he just said that he likes people who take care of themselves. He has a date!!. I heard Dr. Dudney talking with some of the designers and Garrett in the afternoon and they all remarked on what a great case yours was in the morning and how that designer/ ceramist was amazing.
